Whilst for many of my clients a per project quote / design / produce arrangement is the preferred solution to their marketing efforts, several opt for the benefit of a full service where I work on a yearly contract with monthly fee billing to cover all ‘in-house’ design and production. If you have a regular number of marketing and design projects that need producing, this can be the most cost-effective solution.

All bought-in work such as photography, illustration, media purchase and print is always quoted per project and monthly updates help keep everything on track and show that we’re operating in or under budget.

By working on an annual contract with a client I simply develop a brief of aims and targets for marketing. Once approved, I will then produce a full written proposal outlining all the marketing areas I intend to utilise, together with a fully broken down apportionment of the agreed budget.
